How early is too early to check in?

Officially, check-in starts at 3pm. Unofficially, if your room is ready and you're standing at the front desk with that look on your face, we're going to do our best to get you in early. Let us know your arrival time when you book and we'll sort it. The pool, for the record, is available from the moment you arrive regardless.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes — poolside breakfast is included with every room. The citrus plates, the locally roasted coffee, the bread from the bakery down the road — it's the kind of breakfast that makes you restructure your morning around it. Served poolside daily from 7:30 to 10:30.
My dog is better behaved than most humans, Can She come?
She is. We have the good bowls, a ground floor room with garden access, and a strict policy of making a fuss over well-behaved animals. Let us know when you book — we like to be prepared. There's a nightly fee of $25 which she will absolutely feel is worth it.
What time is check-in and check-out? What if I don't want to leave?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Subject to availability, we can extend your stay — just let us know before your checkout date, and we'll see what we can do. We take this question very seriously.
